SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with us! Here's what you need to know about our shipping process.

 

Processing Time

 

All orders placed will begin processing the following business day. Our fulfillment team requires 7-10 business days to prepare your order for shipment and 10-14 business days during SULTRY FRIDAY sales. Please note that processing and fulfillment times do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time and shipping transit time are not the same.

 

Shipping Transit Time

 

Once your order is fulfilled, it is handed over to USPS or UPS for transit. We use standard ground shipping. While we aim for your package to reach you as quickly as possible, we do not have control over the transit time once the package is in the possession of the carrier. Please be aware that carriers can sometimes experience delays in scanning packages, and tracking information may not update immediately. We ask for your patience during this time.

If your tracking information does not show movement for several days, a missing package search can be submitted directly with the carrier.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions regarding your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

 

Domestic Shipping

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS. We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.99 for USPS and $9.99 for UPS on all orders. You'll also receive free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for USPS or UPS to scan the package and for the tracking information to update.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered. We will file a claim with USPS on your behalf to investigate the issue.

 

Damaged Packages

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can properly assist you and arrange for compensation.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. 

Due to the personal and sanitary nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We take great care in crafting and packaging your order. However, in the unlikely event that your product arrives broken or empty, we will gladly assist you.

 

Damaged or Broken Products

If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide photo proof of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.

 

Scent Preferences

We do not offer refunds or replacements for dissatisfaction with a product's scent. We highly recommend reviewing the scent notes provided in the product description before making a purchase.
