Hey Scent Lover, 

We completely understand the anticipation of waiting for your order (we stalk our own tracking numbers too). While we do everything we can to get your package to you quickly, the unexpected can happen. When it does, our customer service and fulfillment team is ready to assist. Please review our shipping terms below before submitting an inquiry.  Once an inquiry is submitted, please allow at least 24hrs for a response but we typically respond within a few hours. 

Processing Time

 

All orders placed will begin processing the following business day. Our fulfillment team requires 7-10 business days to prepare your order for shipment and 10-14 business days during SULTRY FRIDAY sales. Please note all processing times are calculated by business days and do not include weekends or holidays. To elaborate, any orders placed Monday-Thursday will begin processing the following business day. Any orders placed on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday. 

Processing time and shipping transit time are not the same.

 

Shipping Transit Time

 

Once your order is fulfilled, it is handed over to USPS or UPS for transit. We use standard ground shipping. While we aim for your package to reach you as quickly as possible, we do not have control over the transit time once the package is in the possession of the carrier. Please be aware that carriers can sometimes experience delays in scanning packages, and tracking information may not update immediately. We ask for your patience during this time.

If your tracking information does not show movement for several days, a missing package search can be submitted directly with the carrier.
