Our Formulation Framework

LASULTRIX™ is the proprietary formulation architecture behind The Sultry Scent Society. Created to bring structure, intention, and consistency to the way we formulate, LASULTRIX™ guides the development of our Body Oil Elixirs and Eau de Parfum—from the foundation of the formula to the final sensory experience. Rather than following trends or building around a single hero ingredient, we approach formulation as a complete system. Every component is selected for a reason, every phase has a function, and every finished product is refined with the experience of the wearer in mind.

LASULTRIX™ is not a single formula. It is the method behind our formulas.

The LASULTRIX™ System

Each LASULTRIX™ formula is built using five distinct phases:

LASULTRIX™ Prime

The foundation.
Every formula begins with its foundation, the materials and structural components that establish how the product will perform.

Whether creating a sensorial Body Oil Elixir or an Eau de Parfum, PRIME establishes the foundation from which everything else is built.

LASULTRIX™ Finish

The sensory experience.
FINISH brings the formula together. This phase considers how the finished creation feels, wears, diffuses, absorbs, develops, and presents itself from first application through its final impression.

For body oils, that may mean skin feel, slip, absorption, and fragrance presentation. For Eau de Parfum, that may mean diffusion, concentration, development, dry down, and overall wear.

The goal is the same: a finished experience that feels deliberate from beginning to end.

LASULTRIX™ Seal

The final safeguard.
SEAL is where formulation meets longevity. We consider the factors necessary to protect the integrity, stability, quality, and presentation of the finished product throughout its intended life. Including appropriate stability considerations, packaging, and product-specific safeguards. Because every format has different technical requirements, SEAL is adapted to the formula rather than forced into a one-size-fits-all approach.
